Flexible Schedule

We truly offer a flexible schedule. You won’t get those “why have you been gone so long” looks after you get back from a long lunch, a morning workout or a great vacation. We have some employees who work around their children’s schedules, some that just prefer to work afternoon & evening and others who are early birds. We treasure the after-tax season months – that’s why we close down on Fridays.

Limited Stress

Tight budgets, micro-managing, difficult supervisor’s or bosses, constant pressure and tough clients can take the joy out of completing a day’s work. We’ve eliminated budgets, we don’t micromanage, we have one owner that’s easy going, we don’t push, push, push and we only have nice clients. We’ve been successful at creating long-term employee relationships and we’ve built that success on eliminating as much of the work stress as possible.

Employee Appreciation

There’s no way around it, our tax seasons require long hours and hard work. Ask any CPA – you end each tax season asking yourself “why in the world am I putting myself through this.” Two weeks later, you begin to think it wasn’t that bad. Come January, you look forward to it again. 

Because our employees work so hard, we show our appreciation by:

  • Closing Fridays after tax season
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • We have a very generous vacation policy
  • We pay for all overtime hours
  • Everyone gets their birthday off – even during tax season


Young or old, technically challenged or not, if you’re up to the challenge of constantly progressing we’ll provide the technology and training to make it happen. As Winston Churchill said, “Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.”

Our educational training is vast and comprehensive – we encourage our staff to complete twice the required continuing education – some even complete three times the requirement.

We look at each project as an opportunity to provide a better service to our clients. Within reason, we don’t confine ourselves to the boundaries of a budget. Our methods. technologies and mindset is to constantly improve.
